Increase your construction speed

If you want to unlock more powerful Associates and increase your Influence, you must upgrade the specific buildings (Mansion & Investment Center) to Lv. 25. This will usually take a very long time. However, we have a few methods to speed up the construction and reduce the construction time in The Grand Mafia!

Here are a few methods to speed up construction. Take a look!

Method 1: Underboss Specialties

In your Underboss Specialties, Construction Speed I & IIshould be maxed as soon as possible, which can provide 105% Construction Speed. Before you max out your Construction Speed, you should not waste your points on other Specialties.

Maxing out your Construction Specialties can greatly help you increase the Construction Speed. This is highly important for your investments and development in the future!

Method 2: Architect's Set

You can craft a full Architect's Set in Workshop to increase the Construction Speed. Equipping a full Architect's Set can greatly improve your Construction Speed!

6 pieces [Elite] Architect's Set: Construction Speed +76%

8 pieces [Elite] Architect's Set: Construction Speed +111%

6 pieces [Grand] Architect's Set: Construction Speed +117.5%

8 pieces [Grand] Architect's Set: Construction Speed +167.5%

You can obtain the required materials to craft the Architect's Set from the following:

1) Architect's Crate

You can obtain Architect's Crates by purchasing the Architect's Stash packs.

2) Faction Shop

You can exchange for Family Crates in the Faction Shop with Faction Contribution.

3) Robbery

You can rob Resource Tiles on the map or complete Hell Event tasks to obtain materials.

Method 3: Enforcers

In addition to the methods above, you can unlock certain Enforcer's development skills to increase Construction Speed!

Killer Queen: [Grand] Grade - Construction Speed +30% (Purchase the Running Start pack)

Onryo: [Grand] Grade - Construction Speed +20% (Challenge Campaign)

Jade: [Grand] Grade - Construction Speed +20% (Purchase the Enforcer Jade Pack)

Vinny: [Grand] Grade - Construction Speed +20% (Challenge Campaign)

White Dove: [Grand] Grade - Construction Speed +10% (Participate in the Underground Market event)

Method 4: Investment

You can also level up the Economy investment "Labor Unions" to Lv. 10 in the Investment Center. This can provide 70% Construction Speed! Also note that by completing Investments in the Investment Center, it can also increase your Influence in the City!

The above are all the basic methods to increase your Construction Speed in The Grand Mafia! You can choose the appropriate methods on your own to speed up construction.

Associate types

Are you still puzzled over Associate types in the game? In The Grand Mafia, there are 4 types of Associates, each divided into 4 tiers.

In this guide, the Secretary will introduce you their features and help you to develop in the best way possible in the game.

Associate Types

There are four types of Associates in the game, they are Bruisers, Hitmen, Bikers and Mortar Cars. Each of them has different features.

1. Bruisers

As the front row Associate, Bruisers can not only protect the back row and advance at the front, but also counter enemy Hitmen.

In addition, it is an optimal choice to train Bruisers in the early stage as the New Blood's Set, Victor's Set and the Enforcer, Killer Queen can provide Bruiser buffs.

2. Hitmen

Hitmen work best at the back of your Crew since they have more long-ranged attacks. But since Hitmen have a weak defense, it would be best to attack your enemy with a massive army of Bruisers and Bikers.

When it comes to defending your Turf, Hitmen are the only Associates who can deal damage to enemies from inside the Wall. Training a ton of these Associates and placing them on your Wall with a bunch of Traps is a smart strategy to follow!

3. Bikers

No Associates in the City can move as fast as Bikers can. They can walk all over the slow and bulky Bruisers! Keep in mind, however, that Bikers are weak against Hitmen.

4. Mortar Cars

Although Mortar Cars are weak against all the other types, they are the only type that can break down enemy Walls. If the enemy Wall is well-guarded, Mortar Cars can be the best to fight and protect your Underboss to some extent.

* Remember, however, that these vehicles cost more to train than the other 3 Associate Types.

* Different types of Associates can counter each other (see below image). Recon your enemy first and take advantage of these strengths to send the right type to restrain the enemy!

Associate Tiers

In the game, Associates are also divided into four different tiers (T1→T4). The higher the tier, the more damage the Associate can deal but training them Will cost more.

T1 Associates:

These Associates are the fastest and cost less than all the others, but they are also weaker. However, it won’t cost any time or Diamonds to heal them. So they are always useful when you want to send out some men to get Resources but you’re worried about getting attacked. They are easier to sacrifice and can return quickly to your Turf.

T2 Associates:

In terms of value, these Associates are the best because they are stronger than T1 Associates, but are also affordable. You should try to train these guys as quickly as possible at the beginning of the game. They’ll still be able to mix with T3 Associates once you’ve unlocked them to sabe cost.

T3 Associates:

They are the most common Associates in the game. Once your Investment Center reaches Lv. 17, you’ll be able to train them. They cost less than T4 Associates and many players will still use them in their Formations once they’ve unlocked T4 Associates to avoid excessive death.

T4 Associates:

This is the optimal choice for top players. T4 Associates are the strongest of all and usually can be the key factor to win and sweep your enemy’s Turf promptly! However, players should also pay attention to their high cost.

Increase your investment speed

The quicker you unlock T3& T4s, the more benefits you will get! Therefore, it is crucial to increase your Investment Speed as soon as possible.

This guide will provide tips on how to increase your Investment Speed fast and even surpass 300%!

Get to know your babes

Have you been charmed by all the Babes, but still have no idea about their skills? Don't worry, the Secretary will answer all your questions!

1. Skills (Skills & Talents)

Below is an introduction on what the Babe Skills and Talents are and how to use them:

Babe Skills are divided into Active Skills and Talents, and within the Talents there are also Normal Talents and Special Talents.

(1) Active Skills: Unlocks when Babe’s Favor reaches Lv.1. Each Babe has her own skills and these skills need to be activated (there will be a cooldown after each use).

Active Skills are closely related to your development, and using them correctly will save you development time! For example, Camila’s Active Skill – Quick Robbery can be used to complete robberies instantly.

Tip: You can view and use Babe Skills on the City interface or in Private Club!

(2) Talents:

Normal Talents: By increasing Babe’s Favor, you can unlock Normal Talents by using Talent Points. Higher-level Normal Talents can only be unlocked after reaching a certain level of Babe’s Favor. Normal Talents are closely related to development, and by upgrading them it will effectively accelerate your development time. Joanna can offer you a Crew Size Limit of +20,000, while Julia can increase your Investment Speed by 10%.

Special Talents: When a Babe’s Favor reaches max level, you will be able to unlock her Special Talent, which is combat related. Unlocking and upgrading Special Talents will provide advantages in battles. Olivia’s Talents can increase Bruiser HP by 10%, while Camila can increase Bruiser ATK by 6%.

*Lily’s first Special Talent can be unlocked when Lily’s Favor reaches Lv. 4 and can increase Crew Attack by 5%.

2. How to increase Babe’s Favor

Dates: Go on dates with Babes to increase their Skill Points and Favor, you will also get the chance to obtain random rewards (the higher the Favor, the better the random reward).

Tip: Date Times are limited, you can increase the maximum time of dates per day by investing in "Date I and II" in the Investment Center.

Babe Games: Babe games include Guess the Cup and Blackjack, which can be unlocked when any Babe reaches Lv.1 or 2.

Players can get free Game Chips daily, and can play Guess the Cup and Blackjack with Babes by using the Game Chips.

Tip: Daily free Game Chips are limited, you can invest in “Game Chips” in the Investment Center to increase the number of free Game Chips you get daily.

3. Skill Enhancement

You can invest in "Babes" in the Investment Center to enhance the Active Skills, which can shorten the cooldown to save you development time!

Don't forget to go on dates with Babes, you can receive random Skill Points which are used to upgrade your Babe's Active Skills!

4. Outfits

There are many outfits for each Babe, and you can get different looks by increasing their Favor and participating in time-limited events. Tap on “Change” on the Babe interface and scroll through the Outfits to see how to obtain each of them. So hurry and unlock your favorite Babe’s Outfits now!

Resources colors

Although, Resources can be collected from the Resource Building, there is a limit to the amount that can be collected. You can tap on the different buildings to see more details.

Red: means that your Cash income is being spent too quickly. This will have no effect on your Associates, but it means you’ll have less and less Cash over time. It will stop decreasing when your Cash amount is less than the amount of Cash is protected by your Turf. You can view how much Cash is protected by your Turf by going to the Vault. You can avoid this situation by reducing the number of Associates in your Family.

Orange: indicates that you’ve reached a limit on how many Resources you can store. When this happens, your Buildings will stop Production. If you have a lot of Resources, it will certainly attract other players who will want to steal from you. Be sure to use your Resources in a timely manner!

Green: indicates that there are no issues with your Resources. You’ll continue to accumulate Resources in a normal fashion.

Above you can see a full analysis of your Resources. Pay attention to them so you can develop smoothly!

How to quckly unlock T3 associates

Keywords: Lv. 17 Mansion, T3 Associates, Faction, VIP Level, Enforcers, Equipment

First, know that you can unlock T2 Associates when your Mansion reaches Lv. 9 and unlock T3 Associates when your Mansion reaches Lv. 17. However, upgrading from a Lv. 9 Mansion to Lv. 17 will require quite some time. Therefore, this strategy guide is here to help you to quickly unlock your T3 Associates before your competitors.

Unlocking T2 Associates (Lv. 9 Mansion) is an important milestone but T3 Associates (Lv. 17 Mansion) are the main forces for all players! Considering the cost in late game, we can even use T3 Associates to fight against T4 Associates of strong enemies.

1. Join a Faction

Any player should join an active Faction because each help from a Faction member can reduce the Construction/Investment time by 1%. It helps you to upgrade your Mansion and other essential buildings faster.

Never underrate this 1%! If the task requires 100 days to complete and there are 15 Faction members helping you speed it up, you will have 15 days less to wait!

Faction members can greatly help you speed up the progress of unlocking T3 Associates.

2. VIP Level

Upgrading your VIP Level allows you to get more free Speed-Ups. Therefore, you can get more advantages by upgrading your VIP Level earlier.

VIP 6: 15 Min free Speed-Up + auto Campaign battles

VIP 8: 21 Min free Speed-Up + automatically completes Faction Tasks

It can help you substantially to speed up the progress of unlocking T3 Associates. You can also get VIP Points by using Gold and Faction Contribution.

3. Underboss Specialties

You should max out Construction Speed (I&II) and Investment Speed (I&II) in Underboss Specialties as quickly as you can. Do not waste your Specialties Points on other Specialties before your Construction Speed and Investment Speed reach the maximum.

Max out Construction Speed and Investment Speed to substantially speed up the progress of unlocking T3 Associates.

4. Enforcers

Killer Queen & Vinny

Killer Queen and Vinny are the must-have Enforcers to speed up construction during early stage. They have development skills that can increase Construction Speed. Most importantly, you can recruit them without much effort.

Trust me, they are the most useful Enforcers for unlocking T3 Associates!

5. Equipment

You can craft the Architect's Set in Workshop to increase the Construction Speed and speed up the progress of unlocking T3 Associates.

[Elite] Architect's Set (6 Pieces): Construction Speed +76%

[Elite] Architect's Set (8 Pieces): Construction Speed +111%

[Grand] Architect's Set (6 Pieces): Construction Speed +117.5%

[Grand] Architect's Set (8 Pieces): Construction Speed +167.5%

In addition, be careful when your Underboss is imprisoned by other players, your Underboss Specialties and Equipment will be ineffective. This will tremendously reduce your development speed. Remember to hole up your Underboss or prepare effective defense measures when needed!

Happy gaming! If you encounter any other problems while playing the game, please contact our GM.

Newbie questions 2

A1: You can check your Influence at the top of the main interface. You can increase it by leveling-up your Underboss, upgrading Enforcers and Buildings, completing Investments, training Associates, crafting Equipment, engraving Jewels, starring-up your Mansion, and completing Turf tasks.

Q2: How do I level up my Underboss quickly?

A2: In general, you can use Underboss EXP items to level up. Also, items can be obtained via Campaign, Kingpins, completing tasks, and consuming Action Points. What’s more, Turf Buffs and Inherited Equipment can help you to obtain EXP with buffs.

A3: At the beginning, development is the most crucial, it enables you to increase your Influence to overcome more challenges in the City. Therefore, we recommend you to set the Specialties as above (129 points in total), including Construction and Investment Speed (boost speed by 105% respectively).

Q4: Where can I check the Underboss Info?

A4: Tap the icon on the upper right corner, you will see the detailed data there!

The Underboss info is divided into ‘Enhance’ and ‘Statistics’. In Enhance, you can check various buffs.
